Parthiappa, armed with the experience gained by working for various laundry and automation industrial company over 20 years and year 2015, he exposed to laundry and automation industrial business to Vision Hightech Engineering Sdn Bhd. He is the main force in the formation and implementation of the Vision Hightech Engineering Sdn Bhd corporate strategy. In addition to planning the business strategy and taking care of the financial aspect, he also oversees the operation. He also maintains a close relationship with customers by entertaining and securing corporate clients. He is also graduate in Bachelor of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (BEEE).

Batumah has exposure for 10 years in the Business and Administration field. Her plus point is, she knew Accountancy well as she collaborated with Parthiappa from the beginning of creation of Vision Hightech Engineering Sdn Bhd company and till now,she is like a pillar of strength for the development of Vision Hightech Engineering Sdn Bhd company.
